1Who you are dealing with

With Aymor Applis, a sole proprietorship registered with the Quebec Enterprise Register, Canada. On this page, "we" is Aymor Applis and "you" is the business using the application.

2What this is

An application that takes in whoever writes to your business, asks them the questions of your trade, tells you who to call back first and why, and keeps your diary, your quotes and the day's route. It does not keep your books and it does not charge your customers.

3Your account and your keys

You answer for what is done from your account. Each person on your team has their own key and it is not lent out: if someone leaves, you take their access away from inside the application. If you think someone has got into your account, write to us.

4What you put in is yours

Your customers, your conversations, your prices and your texts are yours. We do not keep them for ourselves, we do not use them for anything else, and you can take them with you whenever you want. You give us permission for one thing only: to keep them and handle them so the application does its job.

5What may not be done

• Writing to anyone who has not given you permission to write to them.
• Using it to collect other people's debts, to sell what the law does not allow to be sold, or to deceive anyone.
• Passing yourself off as us, or removing the notice that the reception is automated.
• Getting into someone else's account, or trying to break the application.
• Reselling it as if it were yours, except in Elite and only as far as Elite allows.

6The reception says it is automated

The application always introduces itself as an assistant with artificial intelligence, and that cannot be turned off: your customers have the right to know that it is not a person answering them.

And anyone who writes STOP, BAJA or ARRÊT stops receiving messages. That cannot be turned off either.

7It does not decide for you

The order of the list and its reasons are help so you call better, not a judgement about anyone. The application does not decide who is sold to and who is not: you decide. Do not use it to refuse someone a service because of that order.

8Price, taxes and renewal

The price of each plan is on its page. It is charged in United States dollars, plus whatever taxes apply where you are.

The subscription renews by itself — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel it. Before each renewal we let you know by email.

9Cancelling

You cancel from your account, by yourself, without calling anyone and without explaining why. You keep using what you have already paid for until the period ends.

10Refunds

If within fourteen days of your first payment you find it does not suit you, we refund that payment in full: write to aymorcorp@gmail.com, and that is all.

After those fourteen days what has been paid is not refunded, but you cancel whenever you want and you are not charged again.

11When something does not work

We do what is in our hands to keep the application up, but we do not promise you it will never go down: nobody can honestly promise that.

If it is down for a long time through our fault, the part you could not use is taken off the next payment.

12How far we answer

We answer for what we do wrong, up to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We do not answer for business you did not do, nor for what one of your customers decides.

This takes nothing away from what Quebec law gives you anyway.

13If we close your account

Only if you do not pay, or if you use the application for something in "What may not be done". We let you know beforehand and we let you get your information out, unless the law obliges us to close it at once.

14Which law applies

The law of Quebec, Canada, and the courts of Quebec.

15If these terms change

They carry their date at the top. If something that matters to you changes, we write to the email on your account before the change takes effect. If it does not suit you, you cancel and you are not charged again.
