Version of 14 October 2026
This page says what information Aymor Prospection keeps, what for, who else sees it and what you can ask for. It is written to be understood.
The application is made and operated by Aymor Applis, a sole proprietorship registered with the Quebec Enterprise Register, Canada.
For anything to do with your information, write to aymorcorp@gmail.com. The person responsible for the protection of personal information answers there.
They have to be kept apart, because they are not handled the same way.
For nothing else.
When it is switched on, the text of the conversation will be sent to a language-model provider for one purpose only: to write the reply at that moment.
And here is what matters: the application works without it. The question script, the order of the list, the appointments and the quotes are the house's own arithmetic. If the artificial intelligence went down, the reception keeps asking the questions and the contact keeps arriving.
Today that piece is off: no model key is in place in the cloud. When it is switched on, the provider will be named here, before it is switched on.
Today, two companies and no others:
The day another one is needed — a text-message provider, or the language-model one — it will be written here before it is used, not after.
Cloudflare and Stripe process the information on servers that may be outside Quebec, in Canada and in the United States. While it is there it also falls under the laws of that place. We say so because Quebec law requires it, and because it is true.
Quebec's Law 25 gives you these rights, and they are honoured here without argument:
Write to aymorcorp@gmail.com. We answer in thirty days or less. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
The application is for businesses. It was not made for anyone under fourteen and we do not ask them for anything on purpose. If we learn that we hold the information of a child under fourteen without the permission of whoever answers for them, we delete it.
If personal information were to leave where it was meant to stay, we tell you, we tell the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, and it is entered in the register the law requires.
It carries its date at the top. If something that matters to you changes, we write to the email on your account before the change takes effect.
